I’m taking a pregnant break and sitting at my desk for a few moments after spending the day cleaning and prepping for this coming week. I figured I might as well do some computer work while I’m sitting here. As I type this, Symeon is kicking and saying hi to all of you.
My kids and I have been working on a year long project together for the Illumination Learning website. I’ve accepted I’m not getting each part posted on the website early, in order for others to benefit from it this year, but at least it will be there for those who want it next year. The year long project can be found here. We are documenting how we celebrate major feast days, name days, and traditions throughout the year in our family.
Last week, we started working on the Holy Week and Pascha project. My goal is to complete each day of the project the day before and have it published on the site. (Okay…so that wasn’t Plan A but that’s ok. Plan B can work too.) That’s my goal anyway. Again, at least it will be there for others for next year. You can see the Holy Week and Pascha page (in progress) here.
My boys were thrilled to color the graphics for this page and Niki designed the Holy Unction graphic since I couldn’t find anything for Holy Wednesday in any of the coloring books or clip art CDs I have here.
